This is the Original JOTOM PUBLICATIONS is a partnership set-up by my late husband (Tom) Thomas Dummer and myself 1995 when we published his textbook of (SAT) Specific Adjusting Technique which has been published in many other languages since.

Tom’s “A Textbook of Osteopathy” (in 2 volumes) was near to the point of being printed when he died. So, sadly, he never actually saw it in print. I managed to publish this in 1999. 

Tom had been in practice as an osteopath since 1953. He was co-founder and principal of the European School of Osteopathy, Maidstone, Kent from 1963-1985.

He lectured consistently on osteopathy from 1957 when he joined the French School of Osteopathy in Paris. The forerunner of the E.S.O.

I've added two more books that Tom wrote 

The First one is "Tibetan Medicine And Other Holistic Health-Care Systems - Tibetan Medicine is a comprehensive and an effective system of health care, which over the centuries has served the Tibetan people well and we wish to share its great potentialities and benefits for the health and happiness with all other people in the world. Until now there has been considerable difficulty in relating Western systems of medicine to the traditional medicine of Tibet. The principle problem has been one of communication. We hope this book, “Tibetan Medicine” by Tom Dummer will help to bridge the gap between Western and Tibetan medical thinking. Its appearance is both timely and welcome.

The Second Book is "Vajrayana Students Notebook" Tom Dummer an ardent and serious student of dhama, in this book unravels the profound teaching of the Vajrayana form of Tibetan Buddhism in a very lucid and step by step approach.

This limited second edition of Specific Adjusting Technique, I am happy to say is now available. There is an addendum which includes a series of photographs taken of Tom before he died demonstrating the SACRAL TOGGLE, the POSITIONAL LESION IN THE FLOATING FIELD and the POSITIONAL LESION. It also includes all the important explanatory text written by Tom and also Gerald Lamb. [email protected]
